5 ) Graphic and Violent Content

 

Freespirit is a platform that is about encouraging people and organizations to upload incredible and memorable travel experiences.

 

We are not a platform that wants to associate itself with shocking sadistic or gruesome content.

 

If we feel content is not reflective of the community of Freespirit we will suspend and ban accounts accordingly.

6 ) Suicide and Self-Harm

 

The health and wellbeing of our users is of huge importance to us.

 

Content that depicts Self Harm or Suicide will be taken down.

 

The glorification of these acts will not be tolerated and accounts involved with such content will either be suspended or permanently banned.

 

However content that seeks to help others come to terms with these issues will be encouraged.

Content that promotes or showcases suicide in any way shape or form will be removed.

7 ) Harassment and Bullying

 

Freespirit is a place for self expression, where everyone is encouraged to be authentically themselves.

 

We are not a platform that encourages harassment or bullying of any kind. We strive to be a platform that is safe from those who seek to abuse and take advantage of others.

 

 

Abusive Behaviour

 

Being violent or aggressive, making threats, controlling someone's behaviour, putting them down, verbally abusing them, taking or keeping money from them and putting pressure on someone to have sex or do things they don't feel comfortable with.

 

Any expression of abuse will not be tolerated on our platform.

 

We will Suspend Ban or Permanent Ban individuals or organisations depending on the severity of the situation.

Content that includes unwanted or inappropriate sexual behaviour will not be tolerated.

Hacking Doxxing and Blackmail

 

Any threatening behaviour to Hack, Doxx, or Blackmail an individual or organisation is unacceptable. We will take appropriate action to suspend or ban accounts accordingly.

8 ) Nudity and Sexual Activities

Although some individuals may see our app as a way to explicitly flaunt themselves in a sexual manner, this is not what Freespirit is about. We do not allow nudity, pornography or sexually explicit content. Content depicting not-consensual intimacy and sexual solicitation will also not be tolerated.

 

Sexual Exploitation

Actual or attempted abuse of a position of vulnerability, power, or trust, for sexual purposes, including, but not limited to, profiting monetarily, socially or politically from the sexual exploitation of another. ... sexual purposes against a beneficiary or vulnerable member of the community.

Content that shows nudity and sexual activity including the depiction of breasts, genitals, anus will be taken down. This also includes digitally created and manipulated content.

9 ) Minors Safety

​

The protection and safety of users who are of a young age is of great importance to us.

 

We do not allow users to take advantage of minors on our platform in any way at all. Digitally created or manipulated media, including abuse, exploitation or nudity of minors is a complete violation on our platform and will not be tolerated.

 

We consider a minor to be of an age under 18 years.

 

 

Sexual exploitation of minors

 

Child sexual exploitation (CSE) is a type of sexual abuse. When a child or young person is exploited they're given things, like gifts, drugs, money, status and affection, in exchange for performing sexual activities.

Grooming Behaviour

 

Grooming is when someone builds a relationship, trust and emotional connection with a child or young person so they can manipulate, exploit and abuse them. Children and young people who are groomed can be sexually abused, exploited or trafficked.

activities and or participation in physical challenges or dares that could threaten users under the age of 18 years.

Minors who are at risk of physical or psychological harm include physical abuse neglect, endangerment, and psychological disparagement.

Crimes Against Children

 

When brought to our attention. Users who have been convicted of crimes against children will have their account reviewed and or banned permanently.

trafficking

exploitation

Prostitution

Online sexual abuse

Production possession and distribution of child sexual abuse material

 

Users who are a pedophile or minor sex offender will have their accounts reviewed and a decision will be made as too wether we ban their account.

 

 

10 ) Integrity and authenticity

 

Freespirit is a safe place where people from all over the world are encouraged to be a part of. Trust forms the foundation of who we are about. User who use Freespirit to undermine trust will not be tolerated.

 

Accounts that use spam, fake engagement, impersonation, and misleading information that causes harm will be dealt with accordingly.

Content that seeks to artificially inflate popularity on the platform.

 

We will not allow users to manipulate Freespirit for increased interaction metrics.

Impersonation

 

Accounts that pose as other individuals in a deceptive manner will be deleted once a report of impersonation has taken place.

 

We will give the user ample warning to change their profile image / name, refusal to do so will result in a suspended or permanent ban.

 

We allow parody commentary and fan accounts as long as the user makes it clear in their bio that they are not affiliated with the subject account in any way.

Misinformation

 

We do not allow false or inaccurate information, especially that which is deliberately intended to deceive. We do however encourage our users to engage in respectful and meaningful conversations about subjects that matter to them.

Intellectual property violations

 

Copyright is the exclusive and assignable legal right, given to the originator to print, publish, perform, film, or record literary, artistic, or musical material.

 

A trademark is a word, symbol, slogan, design that identifies and distinguishes the source of a product or service.

 

All users on our platform are encouraged to create their own content and share it on the app.

 

Content that infringes someone else's intellectual property rights is not allowed and will be removed if we become aware of it.

11 ) Platform Security

 

At Freespirit security is incredibly important to us. We will take action against those who seek to undermine that security.

0.2 Do not distribute files that contain viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other materials that are malicious or harmful

 

0.3 Do not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or create any derivative products based on TikTok, including any files, tables or documentation, nor attempt to regenerate any source code, algorithms, methods, or techniques embodied in TikTok

 

0.4 Do not use automated scripts to collect information from TikTok
